The transactions declined by the issuer may have various reasons. You may contact your bank for details or you may try again with another card.

The card may be restricted for online payments. Please contact your bank to ensure that it is not restricted to internet use!
The card may be restricted for coin purchase due to MCC restriction (= Merchant Category Codes that define the sector). Please contact your bank to ensure that it is not restricted to purchasing coins!
Card limit may indicate insufficient funds. Please contact your bank and check whether you have a sufficient available limit for the transaction.
Card BIN country, that is the country of your issuer - is not supported in our acquiring system. Please be informed that we have no limitations for nationalities. However, our card acquiring system does not process the cards issued in unsupported countries. Please check the status of your card country in the article "Are there any country limitations?"
