If a certain number of incorrect password entries are made during login, the Koinal system suspends or deactivates your account to increase the security of your account.
The customer cannot log in to any suspended user account. In this stage, you will be able to reset your password within 24 hours to remove the suspension on your account.
We automatically deactivate your account if we continue receiving wrong password entries once your account is suspended.
You will be notified by email for both suspension and deactivation cases.
