Pending on-chain transactions are very common. When transferring assets on the blockchain it takes some time for the validators to approve the transaction and before the transaction accrues the necessary number of confirmations it is in a Pending status.

Whenever you are withdrawing cryptocurrency from Koinal, the transaction goes to an internal review before it is submitted on the blockchain. Usually, that review is extremely fast and it will not delay the completion of the withdrawal.
Check if the transaction is "Pending" on the blockchain. If yes, please give it a bit more time to process.
If the transaction is successful on the blockchain but you still cannot see the funds arriving in the other platform, make sure that the correct wallet address has been input and that the correct network has been selected.
