My order status is DISMISSED. Why did you cancel my order?
We don't cancel any order except the following condition if the price changed
- System expiry due to user's inactivity within the last 5 hours.
By the way, you may dismiss the order in case of any price change over 2.5%. Koinal guarantees the confirmed price for 60 seconds and then notifies you about the price change and requests your approval by email. If you reject the changed price via the URL link in the email message or if you don't take any action regarding this message within 5 hours, your order will expire automatically.
